About The Role
We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer - Automation to join our team remotely within the United States. This full-time, direct W2 position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the quality assurance processes of enterprise-level web, API, and distributed systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks that ensure the robustness and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate closely with development teams to expand test coverage, embed automation into CI/CD pipelines, and facilitate faster, more confident software releases. This role requires a strong understanding of testing strategies, automation tools, and Agile methodologies, enabling you to drive quality improvements across projects and platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Six or more years of QA automation experience
- Proficiency with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright for automation testing
- Hands-on experience automating REST APIs using tools such as REST Assured, Postman, or Newman
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle
- Experience integrating automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Solid SQL skills for data validation and database testing
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Effective communication and documentation abilities

- Design and develop scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing using industry-standard tools
