Key Responsibilities
- Perform Functional, Regression, System Integration (SIT), End-to-End (E2E), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Salesforce applications.
- Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, custom Apex development, Lightning components, workflows, Process Builder, and Flows.
- Test integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Report, track, and validate defects using Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Support release validation and production deployments.
- Create automation test scripts using Selenium or similar automation frameworks (preferred).

Required Skills
- 8+ years of QA Testing experience.
- 4+ years of Salesforce QA experience.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience testing Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Apex, Validation Rules, and Profiles.
- Experience with API Testing using Postman or SoapUI.
- Strong SQL knowledge for backend data validation.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or ALM.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
