Key Responsibilities

Design and implement high-performance backend services and APIs using Go

Develop cloud-native applications, Kubernetes-based tooling, CLI utilities, controllers, and custom operators

Build and maintain gRPC and REST APIs with strong observability, security, and operational reliability

Analyze and optimize application performance through profiling, benchmarking, and data-driven improvements

Integrate services with messaging platforms and data stores including Kafka, NATS, PostgreSQL, Redis, and etcd

Create comprehensive automated testing strategies including unit, integration, and performance testing

Implement monitoring capabilities through structured logging, metrics, and distributed tracing

Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and design reviews

Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through technical guidance, collaboration, and knowledge sharing

Contribute to shared libraries, internal tooling, reusable engineering patterns, and technical documentation
