Administer and troubleshoot Citrix environments including virtual desktops and application delivery
Assist with server provisioning, configuration, performance tuning, patching, and lifecycle management
Support storage, backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability infrastructure
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and remediate issues
Collaborate with application, networking, security, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system diagrams
Participate in troubleshooting complex infrastructure incidents and root-cause analysis
