Key Responsibilities

Lead rack deployment planning and execution from readiness through installation, validation, energization preparation, and turnover.

Own building-level schedules, milestone tracking, action registers, blocker logs, risk escalation, and deployment status reporting.

Validate rack deployment prerequisites, including space readiness, access, cabinet layouts, pathway readiness, materials, tooling, safety requirements, network readiness, and site support needs.

Coordinate across construction, data center facilities operations, engineering, commissioning, network, compute, logistics, security, vendors, and field teams to remove blockers and maintain deployment velocity.

Track KPIs such as schedule adherence, deployment velocity, installation quality, first-pass success, rework trends, blocker aging, access readiness, and handoff readiness.
