Key Responsibilities

Serve as primary technology liaison for business operations

Ensure operational platforms remain reliable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives

Build strong partnerships with business leaders by understanding operational priorities

Own performance, support, and continuous evolution of operational technology platforms

Collaborate with internal technology teams and external vendors to troubleshoot issues

Drive standardization of business processes, system configurations, and operational workflows

Develop scalable playbooks for onboarding newly acquired businesses

Support creation of shared services technology operating model

Act as bridge between IT teams and operational stakeholders

Support technology due diligence, onboarding activities, and integration planning

Evaluate future platform strategies and provide recommendations to leadership

Remain hands-on to resolve complex issues and remove operational blockers

Improve system reliability, operational efficiency, and user experience

Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders while promoting accountability
