Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve overall Talent and People strategy

Lead company-wide talent acquisition strategy and recruiting operations

Manage and develop recruiting team

Personally support executive and leadership-level hiring initiatives

Build and maintain scalable people operations systems

Create strong employee experience throughout entire lifecycle

Partner with leadership teams on organizational design and operational improvements

Develop performance management, feedback, career development, and retention programs

Establish visibility into organizational health through people metrics and insights

Act as a strategic partner to executives by providing practical solutions and building infrastructure for long-term growth
