Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a unified product operations framework that improves planning, coordination, execution, and communication across product teams

Facilitate cross-team planning processes, including roadmap alignment, goal setting, prioritization, and progress tracking

Establish scalable operating processes and continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, remove bottlenecks, and reduce unnecessary complexity

Audit existing workflows, implement improvements, and standardize key product processes through clear documentation and knowledge management systems

Create and maintain collaboration frameworks between teams, including operating agreements, dependency management, risk tracking, and escalation processes

Ensure important decisions, learnings, and retrospectives are documented and accessible across the organization
