Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize end-to-end automated workflows across core business platforms using Workato and/or similar iPaaS automation tools

Partner with business and product stakeholders to identify operational challenges and convert manual processes into efficient automated workflows

Analyze existing administrative processes to uncover automation opportunities and improve productivity

Develop and maintain integrations between SaaS platforms, ensuring accurate data movement and reliable system connectivity

Manage API connections, monitor automation performance, and implement proactive error handling to maintain workflow reliability

Troubleshoot workflow issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term improvements

Ensure integrations follow best practices for security, maintainability, and data accuracy

Collaborate with remote teams using modern productivity and project management tools to deliver automation initiatives

Act as a change agent by promoting automation adoption and improving digital workflows across the organization
