Senior Product Analyst - Gameplay & Live Operations

We are working on Total Battle — a cross-platform MMO 4X strategy game with a deep social system and extensive player interaction. We have 2 million monthly active players and continue to grow with the goal of becoming the #1 game in the genre.

About the position

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our Gameplay team.

You will partner closely with game designers to support data-driven decisions and shape features for our most experienced and demanding player segment. The focus of the role is on late-game content and live operations, including recurring seasonal mechanics and large-scale in-game events.

You will be responsible for designing analytical approaches, conducting product research, and evaluating player behavior and feature performance in complex, long-lived systems with strong social and retention dynamics.

What you will be doin

• gAnalyze engagement, retention, progression, and monetization of late-game features (seasonal kingdoms, holiday events, battle passes, etc.
• )Design and validate product metrics and analytical events for new and iterated feature
• sPlan, run, and interpret product experiments (quasi-experiments, before/after analyses
• )Conduct product research to understand player behavior, motivations, and pain points in mature segment
• sDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data marts to support decision-making within the Old Players tea
• mPerform ad-hoc analyses to answer product and business question
• sCommunicate insights and recommendations clearly to designers and stakeholder
