Key Responsibilities

Analyze engagement, retention, progression, and monetization of late-game features

Design and validate product metrics and analytical events for new and iterated features

Plan, run, and interpret product experiments including quasi-experiments and before/after analyses

Conduct product research to understand player behavior, motivations, and pain points in mature segments

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data marts to support decision-making within the Old Players team

Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer product and business questions

Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to designers and stakeholders
