Our client is looking for an experienced 2D Game Artist to join our game development team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in creating high-quality 2D assets and a passion for developing visually engaging game experiences. You will work closely with Game Designers, Developers, and other Artists to bring creative concepts to life through outstanding visual designs.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 2D game assets including characters, environments, props, icons, UI elements, and other visual materials.
- Develop concept sketches, illustrations, and polished final artwork based on project requirements.
- Maintain consistency in visual style, quality, and branding across game projects.
- Optimize artwork assets for game performance and different platforms.
- Collaborate with Game Designers and Developers to ensure assets meet both creative and technical requirements.
- Participate in creative discussions and provide artistic ideas to improve game features and player experience.
- Iterate and refine artwork based on feedback from the team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve art techniques and workflows.

Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience as a 2D Game Artist or in a similar role within the game industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in game art production.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Clip Studio Paint, or equivalent software.
- Strong understanding of composition, color theory, lighting, perspective, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating various game assets including characters, backgrounds, UI elements, and props.
- Good understanding of game art production pipelines and asset optimization.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for creating engaging game visuals.
