The Opportunity
We're looking for an Implementation Engineer to join the growing team and help bridge the gap between technology, customer operations, and healthcare infrastructure.
This role sits at the intersection of technical support, implementation, and customer-facing healthcare operations. You'll work directly with hospital IT teams to deploy and support software integrations, coordinate networking and infrastructure requirements, and ensure successful customer onboarding experiences.
The position is highly collaborative and works alongside the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team while serving as a key technical resource throughout the implementation lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Partner directly with hospital IT and technical stakeholders during implementations
- Support healthcare data and medical imaging integrations
- Coordinate and assist with VPN configuration and connectivity requirements
- Deploy and support software within hospital environments
- Assist hospitals with on-premises infrastructure and de-identification workflows
- Troubleshoot integration issues and drive resolutions across internal and external teams
- Serve as a primary technical point of contact throughout onboarding and implementation engagements
- Collaborate with SREs to improve deployment processes and operational efficiency
- Help scale implementation operations as the business continues its rapid growth

Required Qualifications
- Experience working in healthcare IT, health-tech, SaaS implementations, or technical support environments
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including:
- VPN technologies
- DNS
- Network troubleshooting
- Experience working within Unix/Linux environments
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts and deployment practices
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and methodologies
- Working knowledge of Python
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
Candidates will be especially successful if they have experience with:
