Support monitoring, logging, alerting, and troubleshooting activities across cloud environments.

Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across infrastructure, applications, networking, and system layers.

Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and technical teams to streamline development and delivery workflows.

Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to enhance operational maturity and resilience.

Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
