About The Role
The Spectrum Science Graphic Designer plays a vital role in creating bold and innovative visual communications tailored for diverse audiences. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with passionate colleagues, utilizing industry-leading tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to produce impactful digital, web, social, and print materials. The ideal candidate is a creative, digitally savvy individual eager to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic team environment. They will bring fresh ideas, push creative boundaries, and contribute to healthcare communications, including clinical trial campaigns. Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with Figma, PowerPoint, and basic web design tools
- Knowledge of UX/UI design is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and responsiveness
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing is preferred but not mandatory
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work is required for consideration
