About The Role

The Spectrum Science Graphic Designer plays a vital role in creating bold and innovative visual communications tailored for diverse audiences. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with passionate colleagues, utilizing industry-leading tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to produce impactful digital, web, social, and print materials. The ideal candidate is a creative, digitally savvy individual eager to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic team environment. They will bring fresh ideas, push creative boundaries, and contribute to healthcare communications, including clinical trial campaigns. The role demands a strong foundation in design principles, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within specified deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with Figma, PowerPoint, and basic web design tools
• Knowledge of UX/UI design is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and responsiveness
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing is preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets for digital, web, social media, and print campaigns, including healthcare and clinical trial communications
• Apply fundamental design principles—layout, color, typography, and composition—to create engaging visuals
• Ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards, regulatory guidelines, and project deadlines
• Edit and refine existing assets based on feedback, maintaining accuracy and consistency
• Contribute to web and digital design projects, including presentations, leveraging tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint
• Organize and manage internal file systems and asset libraries for easy access and version control
• Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and delivery teams in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and internal reviews to enhance skills and stay current with industry trends
• Remain open to feedback, continuously improving design quality and processes
