Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and results-driven frontend expert to lead the architecture, development, and scaling of our web assets. In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering, marketing, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring our corporate website delivers a flawless, high-performance user experience globally. You will own everything from headless CMS integrations to deep technical SEO and serverless cloud deployment. If you have a passion for pixel-perfect design, modern web paradigms, and deep technical ownership, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Architect, build, and maintain our corporate website to ensure a highly responsive, seamless, and pixel-perfect experience across all devices.
- Work extensively with Contentful or similar headless CMS platforms to build dynamic, content-driven web pages that empower our marketing teams.
- Implement advanced Server-Side Rendering (SSR) techniques and optimize Core Web Vitals to ensure lightning-fast performance.
- Drive technical SEO improvements across our digital ecosystem to maximize global search visibility.
- Build out and manage internationalization (i18n) workflows for multiple regions while ensuring strict adherence to web accessibility (a11y) standards.
- Integrate, test, and manage marketing analytics tools, tag managers, and user-tracking scripts without compromising page load speeds.
- Deploy and manage scalable web assets using AWS services, configuring DNS, CDN caching, and serverless functions to maintain high availability and low latency.
What You Need
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in frontend web development or website engineering.
- A strong, framework-agnostic foundation in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, DOM manipulation, and core web architecture.
- Deep understanding of modern HTML5, CSS layout techniques (Flexbox, Grid, CSS variables), and mobile-first responsive design practices.
- Proven experience successfully integrating headless CMS platforms such as Contentful, Sanity, or Strapi.
- Practical execution of technical SEO strategies, web performance optimization (including minification, lazy loading, and image optimization), i18n, and web accessibility standards.
- Solid, hands-on experience deploying and managing websites on AWS, including the configuration of S3, CloudFront, Lambda, Route53, and a working knowledge of basic networking.

- Strong, recent experience working with Angular architectures, specifically utilizing modern Angular paradigms and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
- Foundational backend experience with Node.js to build BFF (Backend for Frontend) layers, write API endpoints, or handle custom serverless logic.
- Hands-on experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or GitLab CI along with automated testing frameworks.
- Experience in fintech industry or SaaS start-ups/scale-ups
