We're partnering with Conversion, a fast-growing Series A startup, to hire a Technical Recruiter who will build the company's recruiting function from the ground up.
This is a rare opportunity to report directly to CEO Neil Tewari, own recruiting strategy and execution, and play a key role in scaling a high-growth startup. You'll lead full-cycle recruiting across both Engineering and GTM teams while helping shape how recruiting operates as the company grows.
What You'll Do
- Build and own Conversion's recruiting function from scratch.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and GTM roles.
- Partner directly with the CEO and hiring managers on hiring strategy.
- Design scalable recruiting processes and improve hiring efficiency.
- Manage external recruiting agencies and ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Use data to influence hiring decisions and challenge stakeholders when appropriate.

What We're Looking For
Required Experience
- 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across Technical and GTM roles.
- Experience building or owning recruiting at a startup.
- Experience working in a high-growth Seed to Series B startup.
- Experience managing external recruiting agencies.
- GTM recruiting experience is preferred over engineering-only recruiting.

- Strong experience with Ashby (or a similar ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience using AI sourcing and enrichment tools such as Clay, Juicebox, or Harmonic.
- Comfortable influencing hiring managers with data-driven recommendations.
- Professional, polished LinkedIn profile (client-facing role).
- Degree from a Top-50 university.
