Key Responsibilities

Own the success of strategic healthcare partnerships by guiding organizations through implementation, adoption, and expansion

Manage strategic customer relationships from implementation through adoption, optimization, renewal, and expansion

Lead complex healthcare technology implementations including deployment planning, workflow transformation, change management, and operational adoption

Serve as a strategic advisor to healthcare executives, physician leaders, and practice administrators to identify challenges and deliver measurable operational improvements

Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Clinical, and executive teams to ensure successful customer experiences and provide feedback that influences product development

Identify growth opportunities by understanding customer needs, demonstrating ROI, and expanding the use of solutions across healthcare organizations

Develop repeatable implementation frameworks, customer success playbooks, and best practices to support scalable growth

Represent customer perspectives internally to ensure healthcare operational challenges are reflected in product strategy and company priorities

Build strong relationships across clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders within complex healthcare environments
