Experienced Controls Engineer - Remote Contract Role

We're seeking experienced controls engineers, PLC programmers, and automation/SCADA engineers for paid ($80-150/hour) remote contract work. The work is project-based, fully asynchronous, and scoped to your professional expertise.

Preferred software and skills

Experience with any of the following is preferred: Studio 5000, TIA Portal, FactoryTalk View, WinCC, Ignition, CODESYS, TwinCAT, RoboDK, RobotStudio, ROBOGUIDE, or MATLAB/Simulink.

Requirements

• You have 3+ years of professional experience in a relevant role (freelance, agency, or in-house).
• You have deep hands-on fluency with the professional software of your field.
• You can clearly explain your work: what you make, how you make it, and how you judge quality.
