Lead the US renewal cycle in collaboration with global leadership, brokers, and Finance.
Oversee Open Enrollment planning and readiness.
Manage governance of US brokers, carriers, and benefits providers, ensuring service levels and program effectiveness.
Support vendor evaluation, selection, implementation, and transitions.
Maintain oversight of leave programs, compliance with US benefits regulations, and monitor legislative developments.
Define and monitor key measures of benefits performance and analyze financial and utilization data.
Partner on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for benefits programs.
Lead optimization of benefits administration platforms and technology.
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Support business growth and M&A activities by assessing benefits implications and leading integration efforts.

2. About the Opportunity:

The Benefits Manager role is focused on building and scaling the US benefits offerings during a period of significant expansion. Reporting to the Global Senior Benefits Manager, this position serves as the US benefits subject-matter expert within the global team, providing market insights and program expertise to advance the US benefits strategy. The role ensures that benefits programs remain competitive, compliant, and scalable to support a rapidly growing workforce.


3. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management and evolution of US health, welfare, retirement, leave, and wellbeing programs.
  • Provide US market expertise and benchmarking to inform benefits strategy and plan design.

4. Requirements:

  • Extensive experience managing US employee benefits programs in multi-state, high-growth environments.
  • Deep knowledge of US health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs.
  • Strong understanding of ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125, FMLA, and state leave laws.
  • Experience leading benefits renewals, benchmarking, and plan design recommendations.
  • Strong skills in working with brokers, carriers, and third-party providers.
  • Analytical expertise in benefits and financial data.
  • Experience scaling benefits programs, processes, and technology.
  • Proven project management capabilities.
  • Strong commercial judgment balancing employee experience, cost, and risk.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and bring structure to a rapidly scaling environment.
