Senior Flutter Developer (Remote | Japan Time Zone)
Our direct client -who is a world-class technology organization known for driving digital transformation and delivering innovative products at global scale is looking to hire a Senior Flutter Developer with strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
This is a contract role for 12 months, 100% remote, aligned with Japan working hours.
As the Developer, you will:
- Architect and build modern cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Partner with Product, Design, and UX teams to translate business needs into engaging mobile experiences.
- Deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing applications with a strong focus on user satisfaction.
- Own feature development from concept through implementation, including interface design, application logic, and data handling.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, performance challenges, and application defects.
- Champion coding standards, maintainability, and software engineering best practices.
- Support and guide fellow developers through technical mentorship and peer reviews.
- Validate and test new functionality to ensure stable and reliable deployments.
- Continuously explore emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the development process.
