Our Dating Framework powers high-growth subscription products across web and mobile. The Acquisition Squad owns the entire top-of-funnel experience — from landing page to activation — and is directly accountable for measurable growth.

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer who thinks in terms of:

• Conversion systems
• Experimentation velocity
• Scalable architecture

🎯 Your Mission (Acquisition Squad)

You will design, build, and optimize systems that:

• Increase visitor → signup → activation conversion
• Accelerate A/B test velocity
• Reduce funnel drop-off
• Improve page speed & Core Web Vitals
• Enable marketing experimentation at scale
• Support subscription growth mechanics

Your work directly impacts revenue.

⚙ What You’ll Actually Do

🏗 Own High-Converting Funnel Architecture

• Build and optimize onboarding flows (web, mobile web, app)
• Implement multi-step signup and activation systems
• Design resilient event tracking for funnel reporting
• Develop campaign and landing page systems optimized for paid traffic

🧪 Engineer for Experimentation

• Implement A/B testing frameworks and feature flags
• Build systems that allow rapid UI and copy variation
• Ensure statistical validity and clean experiment instrumentation
• Maintain experiment guardrails to prevent revenue cannibalization

⚡ Performance & Scalability

• Reduce load times and improve Core Web Vitals
• Optimize API response times under traffic spikes
• Introduce caching strategies (Redis/CDN/edge-aware logic)
• Ensure mobile-first responsiveness and SEO integrity

💳 Subscription & Revenue Mechanics

• Implement pricing experiments and upsell triggers
• Build event-driven communication triggers
• Integrate payment systems (Stripe or similar)
• Design eligibility logic for subscription offers

🤖 Work AI-Native

We aim for 80–90% AI-assisted development.

You will:

• Maintain and improve CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md documentation
• Write test-first specifications for AI agents
• Review AI-generated PRs for architectural integrity
• Improve module boundaries for AI legibility
• Use AI to accelerate experimentation — not replace thinking

Your leverage comes from system design and review — not typing speed.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

✅ Must-Haves

• 5+ years in frontend-driven fullstack product environments
• Strong React + TypeScript expertise
• 3+ years of work experience with React Native
• Backend experience (Node.js, Symfony, or equivalent)
• Experience building conversion funnels or subscription flows
• Hands-on A/B testing implementation experience
• Strong understanding of analytics instrumentation (GA4, Amplitude, Segment, Mixpanel)
• Experience optimizing frontend performance under real traffic
• Comfortable working with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.)
• Fluent English and comfortable in distributed teams

➕ Strong Plus

• Experience in freemium or subscription-based products
• Experience in high-traffic consumer platforms
• Experience with SEO-sensitive landing page systems
• Familiarity with Redis / caching strategies
• Experience with CI/CD (GitLab or GitHub Actions)
• Experience designing event-driven systems
• Exposure to growth experimentation culture
