Senior Backend Developer (Java / Kotlin)

Project Information:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join the team building the

core of a modern Disaster Recovery platform for hybrid environments (cloud + on-premise).

The platform provides secure data replication and enables automated failover and failback

between customer infrastructure and the cloud in the event of an IT outage.

We're looking for a strong product-focused backend engineer who has spent at least the last

three years primarily writing production code and building core product functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: develop the core platform using Kotlin and Spring

• Hybrid Infrastructure: build secure communication between cloud services and on-

premise infrastructure

• Reactive Development: design and develop reactive applications using Project

Reactor and Spring WebFlux

• Deployment: participate in application deployment and delivery

• AI-driven Development: actively leverage AI tools to accelerate development and

focus on complex engineering challenges

Must have:

• Strong experience with Java

• Active experience with Kotlin

• Experience with Spring Framework

• Hands-on experience with Project Reactor

• Experience with Spring WebFlux
