Director of IT Cybersecurity & Operations

An established, multi-site manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Director of IT Cybersecurity & Operations to lead enterprise-wide IT Operations and Cybersecurity. This executive leadership role will oversee Infrastructure, Service Desk, and Cybersecurity teams while partnering closely with senior leadership to modernize technology operations, strengthen security, and support continued business growth.

• esLead enterprise IT Operations, Infrastructure, Service Desk, and Cybersecurity function
• s.Develop and execute the organization's long-term IT and cybersecurity strateg
• y.Partner with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business objective
• s.Strengthen the organization's cybersecurity posture through governance, risk management, and security best practice
• s.Drive modernization initiatives that improve IT service delivery, operational efficiency, and scalabilit
