This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based in San Francisco, CA (strongly preferred) or New York City, NY. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for commercial, operations, leadership, and technical positions from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to develop hiring strategies, define talent profiles, and continuously improve recruiting processes as the organization scales.
- Build high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, networking, and creative talent attraction strategies.
- Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing, hiring best practices, and efficient decision-making while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Track recruiting metrics, optimize hiring funnels, and leverage recruiting technology to improve speed, quality, and operational effectiveness.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by representing the organization with professionalism while engaging top talent in a highly competitive market.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated success leading full-cycle recruiting across individual contributor, leadership, and technical roles.
- Strong sourcing skills with the confidence to proactively engage and build relationships with top talent.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to develop hiring strategies and improve recruiting processes using data and metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with ambitious hiring goals and evolving business needs.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies; familiarity with Ashby is a plus.
