Key Responsibilities
Own the design, optimization, and health of Preply's GTM system landscape including Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Vitally, Intercom, and connected tools
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and scalable integrations
Lead the evolution of system architecture mapping processes, maintaining clean data structures, and reducing technical debt
Drive adoption of new GTM tools through documentation, enablement, and user-friendly workflows
Identify opportunities for automation across lead scoring, routing, deal management, and renewal workflows using Salesforce, Zapier, or Cargo
Implement AI-assisted and no-code automation to streamline pipeline operations and reduce manual effort
Build standardized playbooks and process documentation for repeatable, reliable execution across teams
Own data accuracy and governance across CRM and connected systems
Build and maintain self-serve dashboards in Salesforce and Looker to visualize funnel metrics, forecasting, churn, and pipeline velocity
Deliver strategic data insights to senior leadership to inform GTM decisions
Manage the GTM tooling roadmap, budget, and vendor relationships
Evaluate new technologies and AI integrations that enhance productivity, personalization, and insight generation
Ensure ROI and strategic alignment of all tools balancing innovation with practicality
Lead and mentor a small team of system specialists or analysts fostering curiosity, precision, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and CS stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
Champion system thinking across GTM ensuring clarity, consistency, and documentation in operations
