Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the successful execution of sponsorships, partnerships, and brand activation initiatives across multiple regulated markets while ensuring high standards of delivery

Support regional teams in identifying partnership opportunities by preparing proposals, business cases, activation strategies, and execution plans

Plan and manage regional events, conferences, media engagements, and partner activations, overseeing logistics, timelines, vendors, and on-site coordination

Collaborate with external partners, agencies, media organizations, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects remain aligned, on schedule, and within scope

Work closely with Marketing, PR, Content, Social Media, Legal, and Compliance teams to integrate campaigns while ensuring regulatory compliance

Assist with public relations initiatives by coordinating press events, speaking engagements, media opportunities, and announcement logistics

Manage operational aspects of partnerships, including contract administration, budget tracking, purchase requests, and documentation

Monitor sponsorship and campaign performance, prepare post-event reports, and recommend improvements for future initiatives

Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, media opportunities, and emerging partnership trends to identify new growth opportunities
