An established, multi-site manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Director of IT Cybersecurity & Operations to lead enterprise-wide IT Operations and Cybersecurity. This executive leadership role will oversee Infrastructure, Service Desk, and Cybersecurity teams while partnering closely with senior leadership to modernize technology operations, strengthen security, and support continued business growth.

- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
- Minimum of 5 years leading enterprise cybersecurity programs.
- Experience managing multiple technical teams, including Infrastructure, Service Desk, and Cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated success developing IT strategy and leading organizational change.
- Experience presenting technology strategies and roadmaps to executive leadership.
- Willingness to work onsite in Holstein, IA (5 days per week).
- Ability to travel periodically throughout the United States and Canada.
