Position: Jr. Android Developer
Type: Full-Time (W2)
Candidate must be open to relocate.

This opportunity is designed for candidates with 1–4 years of corporate IT experience who possess a solid programming foundation and are ready to specialize in Android development.

- 1–4 years of professional experience in Information Technology, Software Development, or a related technical field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language or technology, such as Java, Kotlin, C#, C++, Python, React Native, or similar object-oriented programming languages.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Ability and willingness to relocate to Atlanta, GA for a 10-week paid training program, followed by relocation or travel as required for client engagements across the United States.

- Exposure to Android Studio and the Android SDK.
- Familiarity with Jetpack libraries, Material Design, and Android app architecture (MVVM/MVC).
- Knowledge of Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, and Cloud Messaging.
- Understanding of Gradle build tools and dependency management.
- Experience consuming RESTful web services.
- Personal Android projects, internships, GitHub portfolio, or published apps on Google Play are a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
