Key Responsibilities

Own the P&L, risk, and strategic direction of the market making business across spot, perpetuals, and/or options.

Design, refine, and scale market making and liquidity provision strategies across the firm's venue footprint.

Build and lead a team of traders, quants, and/or quant developers - hiring, mentoring, and setting the technical bar for the desk.

Work with the London technology hub to prioritize infrastructure investment (execution, risk systems, connectivity).

Work directly with senior leadership on capital allocation, new venue and product onboarding, and desk strategy.

Track shifts in crypto market microstructure, regulation, and venue landscape, and adjust strategy accordingly.
