Key Responsibilities

Lead the creation of user-centered experiences across digital platforms by translating customer insights, business goals, and product strategies into effective designs.

Design and optimize the complete user experience across web platforms, including storefronts, product pages, landing pages, cart experiences, checkout flows, and customer applications.

Create conversion-focused user journeys by analyzing funnels, identifying friction points, and designing experiences that improve customer acquisition and activation.

Design subscriber experiences that improve retention through intuitive account management and customization flows.

Conduct user research, analyze behavioral data, and incorporate insights into design decisions and product improvements.

Create information architectures, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to validate concepts before development.

Define interaction patterns, states, and UX logic while preparing clear documentation for design and engineering teams.

Build and refine reusable components and ensure designs are optimized for implementation across digital platforms.

Collaborate with product and design teams to support experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing and iterative improvements.

Use analytics tools, funnel data, session recordings, and heatmaps to identify opportunities and measure the impact of design changes.

Maintain a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and mobile-first design principles.

Contribute to the creation of new digital experiences by helping shape product direction and customer-facing solutions.

Design scalable UX patterns that support expansion across multiple markets while maintaining consistency.

Contribute validated flows, interaction patterns, and documentation to support the evolution of a shared design system.
