Key Responsibilities

Build and lead a world-class, AI-native Solutions Engineering organisation

Define global Solutions Engineering strategy, organisational design, and roadmap

Establish differentiated playbooks for mid-market engagements, enterprise sales cycles, strategic accounts, and partner-led opportunities

Develop high-performing global team of approximately 15 people including 2 Team Leads

Coach and develop frontline leaders as people managers and technical leaders

Shape company and product strategy by translating field insights into technical feedback
