Key Responsibilities

Build and evolve real-time collaboration features including co-editing, presence indicators, commenting systems, approval workflows, and shared workspaces

Design and develop intuitive user interfaces that make complex multi-user workflows simple and seamless

Build backend APIs and services supporting collaboration capabilities such as real-time synchronization, permissions, and notifications

Create integrations between collaboration features and other product areas including editing, asset management, and publishing workflows

Solve challenges related to concurrent users, conflict resolution, asynchronous communication, and large-scale collaboration scenarios

Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and improve scalability and maintainability of the codebase

Mentor other engineers and contribute to culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
