📍 Onsite - Georgia | Relocation Required (Company Sponsored)
The three-month probation period for this position requires training in Dubai, UAE. Following probation, the role will be based in Tbilisi, Georgia. The company will cover all relocation expenses.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Development teams to plan, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring timely feature tracking and updates.
- Define feature structures, including sitemaps, page layouts, and detailed functional specifications that align with business and user needs.
- Assess technical feasibility and validate proposed solutions with users through mockups, prototypes, and presentations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (QC, Product, Design, Dev) to brainstorm, analyze alternatives, and deliver the most effective approaches.
- Support the QA team in creating test plans, performing integration tests, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficient in core BA skills, including requirements elicitation, information analysis, and creation of technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile application workflows and functionality.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, particularly Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall.
- Experience in prioritizing application issues and defects, and managing the prioritization process.
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn new concepts and take ownership of specific product domains.
- Strong logical thinking, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Technical knowledge and experience with development concepts is a plus.
