Key Responsibilities

Telling HUD’s story and getting people excited about our vision through worldbuilding

Finding, connecting, and meeting with candidates, AI engineers and researchers, and other key people in the AI ecosystem

Define our culture and values, then screen candidates and develop an onboarding process for new hires based on them

Work with the Chief of Staff to own end-to-end recruiting, including building and optimizing the systems

Work with the Marketing & Events Lead to host community events, represent HUD at industry events, and create content

Work with the GTM Engineers to find intros or connection pathways into high-priority leads
