Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of the brand's creative direction and execution, ensuring consistency, quality, and impact across all channels

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business goals into strong visual experiences while building systems that scale

Define and evolve the brand identity across digital and physical experiences, maintaining a high standard of visual quality and consistency

Lead creative direction for websites, landing pages, campaigns, marketing materials, presentations, social assets, and other brand initiatives

Design impactful event experiences, including conference materials, booths, activations, and other offline brand touchpoints

Build scalable design frameworks, templates, and systems that allow teams to create high-quality assets efficiently

Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate positioning and messaging into compelling visual storytelling

Challenge briefs when needed and contribute strategic creative thinking to improve outcomes

Create polished designs from concept through final execution while balancing speed, quality, and business priorities
