Our client, a specialized insurance and business services provider that focuses exclusively on the fitness, wellness, and gym industries is seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager (Performance Marketer) to bring outsourced ad agency services in-house, a net new position reporting to the CEO!

Hire Type: Contract-to-Hire (W2)
Compensation: Up to $90,000/year (applicable hourly during contract period) - max comp
Location: 100% Remote
Experience Required:
- Hands on tactical campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and analytics experience end-to-end specifically for Google, Meta, and SEO campaigns
- Must have the ability to work autonomously, drive campaign decisions and strategy, act as the SME for paid, earned, and organic channels
- Extensive Google & Meta paid media campaign experience
- Expertise within SEO (earned and organic)
- Ability to analyze - experience using analytics to drive ROI / optimize campaigns to improve performance
- Media spend management (experienced managing media budgets around $10K/month or higher)
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Paid Media coming from an agency or in-house environment.
- Experience marketing within B2B or B2C organizations focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Proficient in a mix of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Keyword Planner, Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Zapier or similar
- CRM/email campaign management (HubSpot), web content and site management - a plus!
