About the Role:
We are looking for an analytical, data driven Marketing Analyst to own and optimize the customer journey across multiple brands. This is a high impact role for someone who thrives on solving complex business problems through data, experimentation, and continuous optimization.
You will take ownership of the entire growth funnel from acquisition and conversion to retention and customer lifetime value. Rather than relying on existing dashboards, you'll independently analyze data, identify growth opportunities, develop hypotheses, and lead cross functional initiatives that deliver measurable business results.
This is not a traditional marketing role. We're looking for someone who thinks like an analyst, acts like an operator, and is obsessed with improving business performance through structured experimentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Funnel Optimization
- Own the end to end customer journey across multiple brands
- Analyze every stage of the marketing and sales funnel to identify opportunities for growth
- Improve customer acquisition, conversion rates, retention, and lifetime value
- Continuously identify funnel leaks and implement solutions to improve performance
Data Analysis & Insights
- Independently collect, analyze, and interpret business and marketing data
- Build data driven hypotheses to solve business challenges
- Evaluate customer behavior and identify patterns, trends, and growth opportunities
- Monitor key business metrics and make strategic recommendations backed by data
Experimentation & Growth Initiatives
- Design, prioritize, and execute A/B tests and growth experiments
- Develop clear hypotheses, define success metrics, and evaluate outcomes
- Document learnings and continuously iterate based on results
- Turn insights into actionable initiatives that improve business performance

Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams
- Drive implementation of growth initiatives across departments
- Ensure projects are executed efficiently and measure their impact on key KPIs
Analytics & AI Tools
- Utilize modern analytics platforms and AI tools to accelerate analysis and decision making
Work with tools such as:
- PostHog
- Claude
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- SQL (preferred but not required)
- Leverage AI-assisted analytics to extract insights and improve business outcomes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands on experience in Growth, Product Analytics, Performance Marketing, Data Analytics, or a similar analytical role
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of:
- Customer funnels
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Customer retention
- Experimentation frameworks
- Business performance metrics
- Experience transforming data into strategic initiatives that drive measurable results
- Comfortable working with large datasets and modern analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations
