You'll collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to meet hiring goals while contributing to the continued growth of our remote recruiting operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily recruiting activities and help ensure hiring targets are achieved.
- Conduct outbound candidate outreach and phone screenings when needed.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and recommend applicants who meet hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
- Monitor recruiting pipelines and ensure timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
- Support recruiters by providing guidance, coaching, and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the CRM and applicant tracking system.
- Track recruiting metrics and help improve team productivity and hiring efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership on recruitment strategies and operational priorities.
- Complete additional recruitment management and administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team collaboration abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
- Ability to make sound hiring recommendations based on established screening criteria.
- Reliable computer, mobile phone, stable electricity, and primary and backup internet connections.
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, human resources, recruiting leadership, or call center management is strongly preferred.
- Experience using CRM platforms, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment reporting tools is an advantage.
