About the Role Cognistack is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing AI startup building next-generation wearable AI products. We are looking for 3 engineers to own the product layer around an AI core, building end-to-end applications that power industrial wearable AI devices. This is a 0→1 startup opportunity where you will influence architecture, ship production software, and work across the entire stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Build real-time video streaming pipelines with low latency.
- Develop backend APIs and scalable data services.
- Create mobile and desktop applications for AI-powered smart glasses.
- Integrate AI/LLM features for production users.
- Deliver end-to-end customer-facing features from idea to deployment.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of Full-Stack Engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python.
- Experience shipping products from 0→1.
- Experience with real-time video, streaming, WebRTC, or low-latency systems.
- Startup or Founding Engineer experience preferred.
- Comfortable making architecture decisions independently.
