The Role
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll own the user experiences that power a production voice automation platform — from prompt management and analytics dashboards to customer-facing tooling. You'll design and ship responsive, intuitive interfaces using React and TypeScript, collaborate directly with backend and DevOps partners, and work closely with real customers to onboard, debug, and translate feedback into meaningful UX improvements. This is a high-ownership, end-to-end role at a company that moves fast and gives engineers real scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build core UI features including prompt management, dashboards, and analytics tools
- Develop responsive interfaces using React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with backend and DevOps to ensure seamless, scalable systems
- Lead frontend projects from concept to launch — architecture, coding, and iteration
- Work directly with customers to onboard, debug, and improve the product experience

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building production-grade apps with React and TypeScript
- CS, CE, or equivalent practical experience
- Ownership mindset — proactive, clean design thinking, founder mentality
- Thrives in fast-paced environments; picks up new tools and frameworks quickly
- Strong communicator; comfortable in small, dynamic teams

- Base: $200K–$300K (set by interview performance, not current salary or negotiation)
