Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, helping raise engineering standards and supporting professional growth

Identify opportunities for platform improvements, process optimization, and increased delivery efficiency across teams

Collaborate with product teams to provide technical guidance, improve product fit, and influence future product direction

Partner with customers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and align solutions with operational goals

Drive adoption of DevSecOps practices, including security automation, container security, cloud security, and compliance-focused engineering

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to address complex technical and business challenges

Support cross-functional teams by providing expertise in architecture, performance, monitoring, and security design
