Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain, and enhance backend services and supporting applications

Build and improve data ingestion components, including integrations, transformations, validation processes, and automation workflows

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions to improve reliability

Develop internal tools and automation that reduce operational complexity and improve engineering efficiency

Own recurring product data ingestion cycles, monitor execution, manage retries, and resolve failures or partial data loads

Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to support safe and reliable application deployments

Coordinate releases, monitor application health, review logs and alerts, and respond to production incidents

Manage environment configurations and secrets while following security best practices

Improve operational capabilities through monitoring, alerting, retries, timeouts, and other reliability enhancements

Collaborate with architecture, engineering, product, data, and support teams to improve platform resilience and technical processes

Support secure handling of sensitive healthcare data and contribute to compliance efforts

Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and better engineering practices
