Key Responsibilities

Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, regression suites, and test cases for web platforms, admin tools, APIs, and mobile applications

Perform functional, usability, regression, and exploratory testing across different browsers, devices, and operating systems

Validate API functionality using tools such as Postman and investigate backend issues through database queries and technical analysis

Monitor, reproduce, and document defects while maintaining clear communication with engineering and product stakeholders

Act as a quality gatekeeper by reviewing releases, identifying risks, and ensuring critical workflows remain stable

Analyze application performance and user behavior using tools such as Firebase, Crashlytics, GA4, and similar analytics platforms

Support security testing activities using established testing frameworks and best practices

Identify opportunities to introduce lightweight automation and improve testing efficiency over time
