Key Responsibilities

Experience working with the Department of Veterans' Affairs
Experience testing Graphical User Interface (GUI) applications, Section 508 and Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA)

Proficient with MS SharePoint and MS Teams
Experience using Jira in an Agile or SAFe environment
Experience working with accessibility testing tools
Job Description
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Test Manager to oversee the testing strategy, planning, and execution across a portfolio of healthcare systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivery of high-quality, secure, and reliable software. This role requires deep understanding of healthcare workflows, data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and interoperability standards. The Test Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that all systems meet clinical, operational, and technical requirements. This is a fully remote US-based position with core hours of operation from Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM ET.
