  • Act as Product Owner and process expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Assess current Marketing Cloud setup and define best-practice processes.
  • Design and document end-to-end customer journeys and lifecycle stages.
  • Build and optimize automated campaigns, including ongoing lifecycle journeys and ad-hoc campaigns.
  • Develop process maps for marketing operations and campaign execution.
  • Manage and organize digital assets within campaigns.
  • Establish and manage two-way SMS/texting capabilities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Required Experience

  • Required:
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly in complex initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, journeys, and automation.
  • Highly process-oriented with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments.
