Tasks and Deliverables
- Act as Product Owner and process expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Assess current Marketing Cloud setup and define best-practice processes.
- Design and document end-to-end customer journeys and lifecycle stages.
- Build and optimize automated campaigns, including ongoing lifecycle journeys and ad-hoc campaigns.
- Develop process maps for marketing operations and campaign execution.
- Manage and organize digital assets within campaigns.
- Establish and manage two-way SMS/texting capabilities.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Required Experience
- Required:
- Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly in complex initiatives.
- Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, journeys, and automation.
- Highly process-oriented with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments.
- Nice to Have:
- Multi-brand experience.
- Experience in medical, dental, or healthcare marketing.
- Experience in similar high-growth or startup-like environments.
