Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI reports and dashboards that support healthcare, financial, operational, and business analytics

Build and optimize semantic models, data relationships, calculated columns, and advanced DAX measures to deliver accurate and scalable reporting solutions

Administer the Power BI Service by managing workspaces, user access, row-level security, dataset refreshes, gateways, deployment pipelines, and licensing

Monitor report and dataset performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize platform reliability across development, testing, and production environments

Establish and maintain Power BI standards, documentation, governance frameworks, and operational procedures that promote consistency and long-term scalability
