We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to transform raw user-generated content and on-site footage into dynamic social media ads that drive engagement and resonate with a diverse audience. This role requires a creative individual with a strong track record in digital content creation.

Responsibilities:

1. UGC Video Production: Edit and assemble raw UGC footage into engaging, authentic social media ads. Maintain the original sense of authenticity and spontaneity of the content while adapting it to suit campaign needs.
2. On-Site Video Production: Plan and execute on-site video shoots, including setup, filming, and post-production, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with brand objectives.
3. Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to understand and interpret campaign objectives and target audiences, ensuring that all video content aligns with strategic goals and speaks to the intended demographic.
4. Technical Enhancements: Enhance the visual and audio quality of videos through expert color grading, sound editing, and the addition of graphic overlays to create polished and professional final products.
5. Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in video production, social media, and digital advertising technologies to keep our content innovative and relevant.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in video editing, with a significant focus on social media advertising and digital content. Experience in both UGC and professional on-site video production is highly preferred.
2. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar. You should also have experience with editing voice-overs and subtitles.
3. Familiarity with AI tools for video editing to enhance efficiency and introduce innovative content solutions.
4. Motion Graphics: Experience in creating motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
5. Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, and their specific video requirements.
6. Storytelling: Excellent ability to tell compelling stories through short-form videos that capture and retain audience attention.
7. Portfolio: A robust portfolio of past work that demonstrates expertise in video editing and a strong creative vision.
