Key Responsibilities

Design, maintain, and evolve automation strategies ensuring software reliability, compliance, and scalability

Build, maintain, and enhance end-to-end test automation frameworks using Playwright across UI, API, and integration testing layers

Develop and maintain validation documentation including traceability matrices and release validation materials aligned with regulated software requirements

Explore and implement AI-assisted testing approaches including intelligent test generation and automated failure analysis

Establish and maintain quality gates within CI/CD pipelines while balancing development speed with compliance requirements

Collaborate with engineers throughout the product lifecycle to identify risks early and integrate testing alongside feature development

Debug issues across the technology stack and contribute to improvements in automation architecture, testing processes, and engineering practices

Share knowledge, provide technical guidance, and act as a trusted resource for quality and automation initiatives
