Key Responsibilities

Support the development and continuous improvement of insider threat programs

Develop and maintain insider threat risk models, scoring methodologies, and risk indicators

Partner with risk, compliance, privacy, legal, cybersecurity, and other stakeholders to align insider threat activities with enterprise risk management frameworks

Establish and maintain investigative governance standards

Conduct quality assurance reviews of investigations

Create and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks

Translate operational and business risks into measurable indicators, controls, and governance practices

Support the enhancement of insider threat detection and investigation processes

Contribute to the ongoing maturity of risk programs
