Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible front-end experiences using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Optimize website performance, including page speed, Core Web Vitals, technical SEO, and overall user experience improvements.

Manage WordPress configurations, plugin updates, security improvements, and ongoing site maintenance.

Integrate third-party platforms and APIs, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and other business tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established development practices.

Support testing and quality assurance processes to ensure reliable and consistent releases.

Collaborate asynchronously with distributed teams across Marketing, Design, and Operations in a remote-first environment.
